Good location in the town with plenty of shops around. Easy check in with the key in the lock box. Nice, clean clutter free flat. Heating worked well so it was lovely and warm. Host was good at communicating. No dedicated parking but on street parking 6pm - 8am.

Great place to stay for a wedding we were attending. Great location right in the middle of town so we could walk to supermarkets and to our salon appointments

Thank you for having us. Was ideal for our purposes which was a nearly wedding. Great to have space and what we needed to get ready. Also proximity of superstore v useful.

This was a very disappointing stay. Location for Oswestry Town was the only positive experience of this stay. The property is badly cared for, sheets and towels are old and worn, windows are filthy, there is a torn up red (fake) leather chair in the seating area, with the stuffing hanging out of the bottom! The tap was dripping in the Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms, looked like they had been barely wiped over. Very stuffy as you walked into the apartment, there is a faint drainage smell, lingering in the apartment, and outside. Outside space a complete mess, a table and chairs bunched up in one corner outside the Kitchen window, outside the Sitting room window, left over builders rubble, and outside the window of the twin room, a whole stack of tables and chairs, the area seems to be used for storage from the Restaurant Lepones, which the apartment is attached to, and owned by the same people. Overflowing Wheelie Bins at the front of the property, which has an ample parking area, that guests aren’t allowed to use, as the area is reserved for a long term rental and Lepones Restaurant staff!!! There are framed signs in the bedrooms asking guests to strip the beds and put bedding and towels in provided laundry bins, due to Covid!!! I contacted the Host immediately, to express my disappointment, she informed me she was away, none too bothered I was a disappointed customer, and pointed out that as the apartment was only £95 a night, she had not had any complaints about the state of it!!! She did admit that it could do with a Paint Job, then did not reply to any further correspondence from me. I would not have continued to stay in the apartment had I been able to find anything else to move to, within the town. I do not recommend this accommodation, and strongly believe, there is a misrepresentation of this apartment, which is described as a “Stunning Town Centre Flat” on the business cards that are in the apartment.
