This apartment is located at a great spot in Dehiwala - Mount Lavinia, just next to the beach. Cross the rail tracks and the beach is yours. Walk 3 minutes and you are on the main road (Gall Road) with shops and resturents. It's a secure apartment complex with security guards at the gate. 8th floor apartment got a side-sea and Colombo city view. Interior felt bit dated but comfortable. Most of Sri Lanka is going through an extreme heat/humidity these days/months. Only way to escape is to stay in air conditioning. Unfortunately, only the master bedroom A/C was working. So we had to put kids in there and sleep in another room with only a fan which was mostly useless. So me and my wife never had a good night sleep during the stay. Roof top pool was great way to cool down. Bathroom in master bedroom had drainage problem (shower area) and the water started spilling into the bedroom. So we had to be careful and have very quick showers. Overall, great location and a good place to stay.

Amazing spot beautiful views. Turned onto the cityscape with a clear view of the beach. Full view of city skyline 🤯 see the entirety of Colombo. Big dining table great for laptops and dinner. huge kitchen with open windows. Great wraparound couch with big TV. Private and public spaces bathrooms (couch 🛋️). Lounges and table and chairs on deck. Clean apartment with working AC in master bedroom.

Stayed in Bud's apartment for one month and enjoyed it very much. Bud and Ganga was very helpful and responsive which was appreciated. The apartment is located just a minute from the beach and with a food market a short walk away. The wifi is ok for remote working but can be unststable from time to time, especially during meetings. The apartment is spacious and have everything that you need. Even though that there's only one AC in the master bedroom it was surprisingly cool. The rooftop pool was really nice and clean, we used it a lot and was alone almost every time. We loved the big balcony and the view. Highly recommend!

From the initial contact through to arrival Bud and Ganga were extremely helpful. We arrived very late - around 4am and Kamal was waiting outside the apartment to welcome us. The apartment is in a perfect location with a fabulous view of the ocean from the balcony and is a couple of minutes walk to the beach.You walk across a train line to get to the beach but they are slow trains and the locals walk down the train lines so no problem. The apartment is very spacious, modern and very clean. There are lots of restaurants on the beach and a shop on the main road which has everything you would need. All in all we loved our stay and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Would love to return myself.
