My daughter and 5 year old grandson loved our stay. The place was immaculate, light and so generously equipped. We couldn’t fault it.

An absolutely lovely place to stay in a beautiful part of Tassie. The house was immaculately clean with just the right amount of styling, super comfortable bed and couches just right for lazing about. Plenty of heating although we didn’t need it with perfect weather for our stay so that the house had lovely sunlight throughout the day. The setting was best of all, surrounded by lots of native Australian flora which meant a garden full of bird song and a quick two minutes to a beautiful beach that almost seemed like it belonged just to you.

Matt is a wonderful host - very responsive. We had a few questions about how some mechanical items work and he responded very quickly. House was very clean and very comfortable. We loved the location so close to the beach. A very enjoyable stay!

What a fantastic place! Baileys’s Beach House was so comfortable, well equipped & spotlessly clean with much appreciated touches such a toiletries in all the bathrooms & beach towels provided. Walking distance from the stunning beach & with a lovely green outdoor area, it was the perfect place for a holiday with four adults, a child & a toddler. Matt was a fab host, providing plenty of info before our stay & was very accommodating re: our requests for e.g. a high chair & portacot.
