Great location very central in which to explore all that Beverley has . I would say ideal for a couple or family with small children, not ideal for 3 adults 2nd bedroom very small very thin wall

Kerris' place is a lovely cosy apartment with a lot of character. Beverly is a beautiful little town.

Kerris’ air bnb for us was a stay full of contrasts. Check in was easy and communication with the owner via their manager Richard, was very efficient. The but is…..neither the washing machine nor the dishwasher worked during our stay (the owner did offer to go to the laundromat for us but still was inconvenient), the apartment was clean but very hot downstairs - there is no ventilation there and not window, it is adjacent to a pizza express bottle bank which is emptied frequently at around 7.30am and finally the apartment is very small. The bedroom is really one bedroom with a stud wall corner that houses two small bunks suitable only for very small children. Downstairs their is a sofa bed but no topper so you sleep on a sofa. The mattresses need replacing throughout. I got a reduction for my final night as a gesture which was appreciated. The table seats only four in spite of how it is marketed. Location is excellent though.

Great little place, but the parking is a major issue. It's hard to relax when you're worried about when the current tariff will run out
