The short version is the property is in need of maintenance. Lights are hanging from the ceiling, pealing paint, missing lights , broken appliances, missing appliances, missing pots and pans, broken balcony door and overall cleanliness of the unit needs to be improved. The host was dismissive, rude at times, and didn’t accommodate our requests that were all about the amenities that were listed. The long version is: I’ve reached out to the host listing all the issues we noticed. 1. Missing hairdryer 2. Missing light in the bathroom 3. Issue with the fridge. We were unable to regulate the temperature, because the temperature display was broken On the first day all of our fruits and vegetable froze in the produce compartment. 4 The induction stove had 4 burners and only one small one was working. There was 5 of us there and we rented for 2 weeks hoping to use a fully equipped kitchen as it was advertised . 5. There was only one small skillet and a few small pans that were comparable with the induction store the rest weren’t. We did get a hairdryer 2 days later after a few exchanges. The electrician came in 5 days after we brought up a no light in the bathroom issue. The fridge was never fixed, so as the stove. Basically we were told through our relatives who speak Hebrew that there is nothing that the hosts can do for us. The apartment came with a parking spot. We didn’t rent a car, but we had guests visiting who wanted to use our spot. One night there was a car parked in our spot.. When I contacted the host he said he would reach out to the concierge. The exchange took hours With no resolution. At the end of the night our guest who spoke Hebrew was able to speak with the person parked in our spot who said that he actually rents this exact spot from the owner of this Airbnb . So our hosts got paid twice and we had no place to park. Everything I’ve inquired about was was something that either should’ve been there or should’ve required a quick and productive response. I felt like it was asking for favors after spending over $4000. I feel like we got taken advantage of. I’ve rented many apartments in many countries including Israel. This is was by far the most disappointing experience.

Very nice and clean, very comfortable and close to everywhere, amazing view, will definitely come back on our next family vacation. The owner responded very well and they did the best to make sure we are happy!

A lovely & high quality apartment, located in the highest tower building in Bat Yam - we stayed a whole month and had a wonderful experience! Definitely recommended to everyone, just be careful with the balcony door :)
