Perfect in every way! As a former long-time Frederick resident coming home for a visit, I wanted my own space to stay while visiting friends and family. Great central location, safe, and walkable to the popular Creek and Market St. areas in historic downtown. The guesthouse is obviously well maintained, thoughtfully stocked with amenities, and beautifully decorated. A big bonus is the parking spot. I will definitely book again. Highly recommend!

This was our second time stay at Mark and Teresa’s and it was a wonderful stay! The place was so clean and cozy and is walkable to downtown Frederick. It has become our favorite spot for when we are looking for a little getaway. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

A great spot for a weekend stay. The location was conveniently walkable to all of the shops, restaurants, and parks of Frederick. The interior design and decor of the studio couldn’t have been nicer. And the hosts were so helpful providing instructions for parking/check-in and local recommendations.

We absolutely loved staying at Mark and Teresa's space!! It was exactly as pictured - cozy and cute, and a great location! They even provided us with wine, snacks, and water - which was a nice touch! We were able to walk everywhere, but also enjoyed spending time in the carriage house at the end of our long days exploring Frederick. It was private, but close to everything! I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to visit Frederick. We already are talking about planning our next trip - and of course would stay here again!!
