We had a lovely time here. When we arrived Evi came to welcome us. The space was very clean and had all needed accesories. Whatever you want ! We found some Raki and local beer inside. The garden area was amazing! Silent, green grass, flowers and trees. Get the perfect rest on hammock under the olive tree. BBQ was clean and well prepare. Evi is perfect host! She is really kind and always was able to advice us or provide some information about atraction or restaurants etc. She reply immiedietely! She brought us a bottle of local olive as gift at the end of our stay. Thank you Evi! We reccomended 100% this place! Rate 11/10 !

After almost 10 years of using Airbnb I think I have found the perfect place for me: it is Evi’s home in Modi. Other places that I have stayed in were in more beautiful locations, or had bigger and more luxuriant gardens, or even had pools or jacuzzis. But Modi Home is absolutely perfect in every little detail, from the second we arrived until the moment we closed the door behind us, we felt 100% at home there and loved every minute spent on its premises (and due to some unexpected bad weather, we spent a looot of time at the house). Evi is a wonderful host, we really enjoyed spending some time with her and also appreciated the tips she gave us on where to go and what to do. Finally, if you decide to stay at Evi’s house, do yourself a favour and go eat at Babi’s place (2 minute drive from the house). It is absolutely perfect. If we’ll ever return to Crete, we’ll arrange our trip as to stay again at Modi Home, because it is special!

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour chez Evi, la maison est belle, propre, bien équipée, bien décorée. On s’y sentait comme chez nous, nous avons eu du mal à la quitter! Evi est une hôtesse hors-pair, agréable, disponible, souriante, qui rend service naturellement. On ne pouvait tomber mieux pour nos vacances ! Merci Evi!!

Ten stars out of five! The place is great, perfectly located, beautifully decorated, modern, clean and specious. Pictures correspond fully to the reality or the reality is even better because of Evi and all surroundings. Evi is a wonderful host, helpful, smiling and friendly! One thing I also recommend to discover is Babi’s restaurant in a walking distance from home. Amazing experience of hospitality and marvelous food in a local style! Overall, a great experience which we would love to repeat one day. Thanks once again Evi for making our holidays so memorable!
