I do want to thank the staff at Great Western. A few days before we were supposed to come, we were told the hot tub wasn't working and we were very upset because we really wanted the hot tub. Vanya sent me a few other options and helped me switch my reservation to a different home. This was extremely helpful. I also want to thank the staff at the office (I don't remember names) because we parked our car in a lot and the car was going to be towed. The office got a call from the Breckenridge police and called me to tell me to move my car. The staff didn't have to do this and if they had called me any later, my car could have been towed. The check in/check out process is also very organized. Cleanliness was my only issue. But that wasn't even terrible.

The snowflake Chalet is the perfect ski in/out accommodation for a group. The space had all of the amenities we needed to enjoy 4 days in Breckenridge. 10/10 would want to book again for a future ski trip. Everything was wonderful
