房子的位置还好，房屋就是在半地下室。自我感觉不是太舒服

It was a great stay. Place is as shown in the pictures. It’s in a pretty quiet neighborhood which we loved. Short distance to/from and easy on/off the metro. I would definitely stay there again.

This garden level studio is a real find! The photos are very accurate, but what is really surprising is that there is the queen bedroom, with a half bath right across from it, and then the living room with the pull out sofa that can be cordoned off from the kitchen and queen bedroom/hall area with two sliding bar style doors, leaving it as a private sleeping area. The full bath with big shower is directly off of the living room, so that area then becomes another master suite, and each sleeping area has access to a bathroom during the night, plus the kitchen. This makes the space very versatile. As a couple, we didn't need the extra sleeping space, but the design meant easy access always to a bathroom and the kitchen. The owners were extra helpful in directing us to another dryer because the one in the studio was temporarily out of order, though the washer in the studio worked beautifully. The kitchen has full size appliances. Neighborhood has all sorts of necessities/is friendly

This place was a good home base for me, my partner and our 5 year old. It was small (like most places in D.C.), but worked perfect for our needs. The hosts were great - even had snacks & bottled water and a few toiletries if we needed them. They worked with us and let us check-in early, as we arrived earlier than expected. The dryer in our unit was out of order in the unit, but they had another one available to use. The walk to the Metro was about 10-15 minutes, not the 5 minutes as advertised (although, admittedly we were reliant on the pace of a 5 year old). The beds weren’t the most comfortable (neither the sofa bed or the main bed). But after a long day of walking downtown DC, it didn’t matter too much. The house itself is in a quiet residential area, although getting off the Metro can be busy, as there is a bus depot at that stop. Unfortunately, while we were there, there was some police activity at the Metro stop, which left us questioning our safety, especially after dark.

The place is cute and private- the kitchen and laundry are both great. Snacks are a nice touch. I’ll echo the bed issue raised in other reviews, and mention that we stayed during a very rainy week, and had to keep the bathroom fans on to keep the place smelling fresh.
