Michael is extremely responsive. The space is large and comfortable. The heating system works well. The TV room has great sound. The dining area sits 6. The living room area is spacious with great views of the woods. There's a deep soaking tub. Modern kitchen. There's a lovely fireplace. You can use it but can not use the firewood in the home, you must provide your own firewood for the fireplace and firepit. If that's important to you, bring your own. Although most areas were clean, including clean linens, towels, and comfortable beds, there were some parts of the kitchen and bathroom that needed cleaning upon arrival. A few dirty dishes and pots which the host apologized for. The refrigerator also needed to be cleaned. The space feels "lived in" and can benefit from minor repairs We didn't end up using the Jacuzzi because the 1st day we had a group of 6 deer that stayed in the backyard. We had several encounters with groups of deer which is cool if you're wanting that experience!

Fantastic place - Michael was super responsive and willing to help with any of our questions/ concerns. The house itself is in a peaceful and beautiful location with access to things to do in the Catskills at reasonable distances. Michael is a gracious hosts who allows access to his state of the art entertainment system. Also comfortable beds and big, fully stocked kitchen. Highly reccomend

Stay was great lots to do within 30 minutes, wish we stayed longer! Great size place for the 6 of us. Hot tub was amazing in the snow!

Loved spending the weekend at Michael's place. It was a perfect little getaway with everything you could want for a chill weekend out of the city. Plus, Michael is an awesome host and quickly responded to questions before and during the trip. I highly recommend him and the place! We'll definitely be back.
