Apartment is great, location is great, team was helpful. But this apartment had a mold problem when we visited so we could not stay there. It needs serious maintenance to get rid of the cause of this mold. It is not just 'up in the attic' as they replied to the other review and to me when I asked. Once this is actually taken care of, it could be a great place. Also the bath is about half size of a regular bath.

Sadly this place is not as cosy as it promises. I would definitely avoid renting it during the winter. It is quiet cold and the heater is rather useless. Bathroom was mouldy and shower head needed care or replacement. (Leakage this no pressure) Fridge was not working and leaked during the night.

O local estava limpo e organizado e correspondia às fotos. Fica na “baixa” de Setubal. Fácil acesso ao catamarã pra Tróia. Muitas opções de restaurantes na volta. Valeu muito a estadia!

- Emplacement idéal, au centre ville. Si vous arrivez en voiture, vous pouvez vous garer gratuitement del'autre côté de la voie ferrée, à moins de 5mn. - Entretien à améliorer pour la salle de bains, où il y avait un vrai problème de fuites d'eau, se formant des plaques sur le sol qu'il fallait essuyer constamment. Même chose pour la porte du placard sous l'évier, qu'il faudrait réparer. - L'hôte était toujours réactif aux messages. - Bonnes fenêtres, qui atténuaient le bruit provenant de la rue, notamment du resto Espaço 351, depuis lequel remontait de la musique très forte et qui parfois n'a pas vraiment respecté l'horaire de fermeture (23h). - Escalier d'accès plutôt etroit avec des marches à hauteur parfois inégale. Je recommande d'y faire attention, surtout lorsque l'on descend le bagage. - L'hôte est toujours réactif aux Sinon, l'appartement est assez fidèle aux photos et son emplacement le rend assez convenable pour découvrir la région en court séjour.
