Overall, we(me, my wife and my 2 kids) had a great experience staying at Farid's place. The listing was accurate and the property was clean and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and helpful, answering all of my questions in a timely manner. The location was convenient and felt safe, with easy access to public transportation(Union station 5 minutes away). I felt that the price was fair for the quality of the property and the amenities provided. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in downtown Toronto.

This place had an outstanding location and location. Farid was very responsive, even though he had a family emergency the day of our check in. We really appreciated that he allowed small children into the condo, and even had a high chair in the closet. The place was very clean, however, it is in need of some maintenance. Most of it is minor cosmetic stuff, but one of the windows was boarded up and the door to the balcony didn't latch correctly, so it whistled in the wind occasionally. Overall, we had a good stay. For our short stay, the awesome location definitely outweighed the maintenance issues.

I had the most perfect month in Toronto. The location was ideal. Close to Union Station, great restaurants close by, PATH tunnel to grocery store, cool evenings at the Harbourfront. Farid was responsive and helpful, even came by himself to fix a broken window blind. Couldn't have had a better stay.

We stayed for 3 month and the apartment had everything we needed and Farid was great. He was very helpful when we had any questions or deliveries. The suite needs some small touch ups, apart from that it was perfect. The Spa and Gym was great and it wasnt very busy, we used it alot!!

Great location with amazing views of the city. Nice kitchen and enough space for 4 people. On the 60th floor, but we never had to wait more than 2 minutes for an elevator. There is an underground PATH that connects apartment building to lots of buildings and malls in the city center. Having a supermarket 5 minutes away without having to go outside was a plus during inclement weather. Union Station is also only minutes away, which is convenient for excursions. The apartment has seen some wear and tear, but Farid is very responsive when you need something repaired. One of the floor to ceiling window panels with views of the harbor was boarded up with plywood. Apartment still had great views, though.
