Landscaped garden with a hot tub and a huge open plan entertaining living space and a separate garden office with Peloton bike. This home has been completely redecorated with designer furniture; the space has great light and is full of period features, and spacious bedroom and bathrooms. The location is quiet yet perfectly situated to all amenities - ideally situated for Raynes Park Station (150m/2 mins walk), Wimbledon Village and the tennis championships. Parking available on request Amenities: - 24/7 guest support -landscaped garden with hot tub - Professionally cleaned - Hotel-quality bed linen and towels - Strong wifi Spaces: - Huge 1600 sq ft flat - Fully equipped kitchen with a seperate utility room with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer - 3 large bedrooms (1 en suite) with a double and king beds with built in storage - A huge open plan kitchen/reception room with handmade comfy sofa and a fireplace, along with dinning table and chairs and massive island. - stunning bathroom with walk in shower and double sink

The flat was very spacious with nice furniture and bedding. It was too cold to enjoy the garden outside but it would be nice during summer days. The kitchen is really spacious and the dining table is well arranged. Only pity is that one of the bathroom has a typical smell that would not disappear since there is no window. You could even smell it from the room. The dishes are too heavy that it is difficult to clean. Wish there were more proper water glasses-there are just wine glasses and beer glasses. Otherwise it is a great place to stay with your family.

Nikhil was very friendly and helpful. We loved his flat and felt right at home with the comfortable furnishings and very elegant and usable modern space. The flat on the ground floor of a gorgeous historic Victorian mansion block which has been sympathetically renovated. We enjoyed making dinner one night and went out the second. There are shops are steps away if you need anything. We hope to come back again next time!

Very happy with our stay! Nikhil was very responsive, recommended local restaurants and the property was even better in person. Already booked Wimbledon for next year and will 100% be coming back.

Raynes Park is a leafy residential suburb situated in south-west London near to Wimbledon, it is nestled perfectly between the hustle and bustle of central London and the quiet greenery of Surrey County.
Theres an award winning high street moments away, offering everything you need, with great access to further amenities in Wimbledon and Central London.
We are lucky to have a wealth of different cuisines on our doorstep, from authentic Italian pizzas at Lime and Thyme to tasty sushi at Japanese Hashi, and some of the best authentic Korean food in London at Gaya.

出行信息

Tube: Wimbledon station is the nearest Tube and is a bus ride away. It's Zone 3 on the District Line.
Rail: There are regular services from Raynes Park station to Waterloo, taking 20 minutes.
Bus: Raynes Park may not have its own Tube station, but it is well connected by bus. The 131 (to Tooting Broadway), 152 (to Pollards Hill), 163 (to Wimbledon) and 200 (to Mitcham) all serve Raynes Park. The 57 between Clapham Park and Kingston runs a 24 hour service, and Raynes Park also has a night bus, the N87, which travels between Aldwych and Kingston.
Road: As the area is situated on the busy A3, locals have the luxury of a 20 minute drive to the M25.
Getting away: Gatwick Airport in less than 40 minutes away in the car.
