Spacious Miami Town House for up to six people in a great, relaxing and central location. Beautiful serene beach inspired home! It features 2 Bedrooms on the second floor each with an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet . Living room with a pull out sofa bed, dining room, a modern updated kitchen, washer, dryer and a half bathroom on the first floor. Private Entrance, Private Parking for one car, Private outdoor space. Enclosed Community Pool and Lake. Close to shops, restaurants and Attractions 2 BEDROOM TOWNHOUSE EACH WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM AND WALK IN CLOSET, POOL AND RELAXING LAKE AREA. This cozy home was recently renovated and features new furniture, mattresses, linens and updated appliances. The townhouse has two spacious bedrooms each with it's own ensuite bathroom on the second floor. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with a memory foam mattress. The second bedroom has two full size beds with memory foam mattresses. The first floor is composed of an open floor plan living room and dining room areas, half bathroom, washer and dryer machines, a Comfortable pull out sofa bed, modern updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The home can comfortably sleep up to six people. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing located in the prestigious Kendall Area of Miami. Clean and enclosed community pool and Beautiful serene Park & Lake area with Man made beach, great for jogging or exercising. This home's central location is ideal for visiting Miami's major attractions, The Everglades and The Florida Keys. Furthermore, there are plenty of shops and restaurants close by.

Kari & Pierre was a very kind host. Pierre greeted us at the house in person, introducing the facilities, pool usage and travel information about Miami. Pierre & Kari's house is spacious, clean and tidy in a quiet neighborhood. We had a great time. Pierre was always the first person to respond and help with anything that needs his help. A great house and great host. We will stay there the next time we go to Miami! This is our second time renting from Pierre, the kitchen contained everything two people needed to prepare meals and tidy up afterwards. The furniture upstairs and down was very comfortable. Since we arrived on an airplane we had limited supply of clothes so we were fortunate to have the convenience of a washer and dryer in the townhouse. Pierre is a great host that immediately responses to all questions and has someone within the area that address all issues. However, I was disappointed that the amenity of the shared pool was being repaired during my first two months stay as well as the second 68-day stay, which did not have anything to do with Pierre. Perhaps, this pool information needs to be made known within the advertisement for this townhouse.

We stayed at Pierre's for 3 months. He was quick to provide a blender and an alarm clock when we requested. The unit itself is very nice, however it had only the basics if that. We had to request add'l dishes, not enough for 5 ppl. He gave us more, but they were from the Dollar Store. Also 1 kitchen dish towel. and 1 hand towel per bathroom was not sufficient for a long stay. We asked about cleaning tools and products and were denied. Bring your own bucket, mop, and cleaning products because there is none. There are no dressers to put your clothes in, only 2 plastic chairs for outdoor seating, and common kitchen utensils were not there. Quality of what was there was low. In the safety section there is notice of a surveillance camera outside the front door. He does monitor it often. We felt like our every move was being monitored. The camera also views the front patio area. Beware this is NOT a gated community, even though he mentions a doorman checking ID. There is no gate or security entrance. He place is probably ok for short stays only...its not set up for long stays in our opinion.
