Harry was a great host and all six of us had enough space in the guesthouse with our own parking.

Harry’s place is right in the same yard as Harry’s residence. Harry was willing to answer any questions we had. There was a flowering pond area between.. AC consists of 1 split in the dining area and one split in one bedroom upstairs., not the entire house. The stairs leading up to the two bedrooms was more like a glorified step ladder. The door jamb in one of the upstairs bedrooms was only 5’11 inches. Be careful! Munich is farther away then we were led to believe. We drove about 15minutes to the train station and then waited for the next train. We did this 9 times and there was never a train less than 40 minutes to Munich. ….there is a great cafe at the train station so waiting wasn’t a problem. The bakery that’s within walking distance is only open on Saturday and only from 6am to noon. The location of Harry place is in an area of miles of corn and barley fields. It’s rather a nice switch from the city.

We had so much fun. The house is very well equipped for a large family and is centrally located between Augsburg And Munich, easy to get to the grocery to. The village was so cute and everyone was so nice and helpful including Harry and his wife telling us the history of their home. If you are looking for a house that makes you feel like you are part of the village and surrounding this is it. Harry and his wife are such great people. We will definitely be back to this one.
