A great place to say. Well thought out barn conversion with a lovely spacious feel. Clean, tidy and well maintained. Good communication with the host company and clear instructions. Would definitely recommend it.

A large group of us stayed at The Barn for a calm weekend of board games. It was a lovely location with parking, making it easy to get to, and the place in itself was great for a large group! It was spacious and had a lot of areas to relax. We had no major issues with the place at all and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a weekend getaway.

We loved staying at this property for a weekend birthday celebration. Really loved the house & area. Great for a bigger group of adults with plenty of parking. Slightly frustrating quite how much cleaning is expected of the guests considering how much the property is a night. I feel having to empty even bathroom bins is a bit extreme. Especially with us only being there two nights. In addition basic cleaning supplies such as bin bags, kitchen roll, spray cleaner and scourers were not provided which added to the difficulty of completing these cleaning requests. I’d suggest that these are provided in the property in the future. Also please offer more loo roll. For a house that sleeps 10, one roll in each bathroom was not enough. We had to go out and buy some. Finally, the dishwasher in the property is in desperate need of a wash or upgrade. It left items dirtier than they were when they were put in there which created great frustration. I’d suggest if you’re planning to walk to one of the pubs in the guest book, make sure it’s on a safe road or cross country! We got caught out trying to get to the Horse & Jockey on foot and having to turn back around. Despite it being less than 2 miles away the journey was dangerous with no path up and down 50mph roads. However, all in all a great stay in a lovely house. I’d recommend. Maybe just bring you’re own cleaning suppliers! Thank you!!
