It was a wonderful and comfortable accommodation for our family of four. The location allowed us to explore Devon easily, and we really enjoyed the pool. We will no doubt be returning for more.

We had an amazing time, the garden cottage was bigger than the pictures show, lots of room for a family. The games room & pool were a big hit with the teenagers! We will be back! Thank you for a great stay

We had a lovely stay at Brian and Amanda’s place and are already thinking of coming back again with friends to stay in one of their other properties! The garden cottage is much bigger than the pictures and was plenty of space for us with two littles and a large dog. Lovely and clean and Brian and Amanda are fab hosts. It’s a nice quiet spot and although there are other properties nearby it always felt very private. The pool is gorgeous and warm and we used it every day, the kids playground is also really great for little ones. It’s also super close to Totnes and Blackpool Sands which is a lovely beach.
