David, was an excellent host and made me feel right at home for the summer. He is very caring and does a great job of being your friend not only for your stay but for life! I was very comfortable and would definitely recommend this listing to anyone! :)

David is a FANTASTIC host! Everything about my stay in his home was ideal. David is a great communicator, and very friendly, so everything went exceptionally smooth. Every single aspect was ideal. The room is spacious, very clean, and exceeded my expectations. I work remotely, so it really helped that there were places where I could work during the day. It was also a great bonus that David has had some experience with disc golf, which is a keen interest of mine. (His son was a former PDGA Amateur disc golf World Champion.) I highly recommend his place, and I would stay there again any time. Best of all, is that I've made a new friend, and David is someone that I would like to stay in touch with.

David's place is very neat and clean. My grandson was traveling with me and David offered a bin of toys for him to play with. He was so very patient and kind to him. I would give him a 100 stars if I could. Highly recommend his place if your traveling through Charlotte.

David was an outstanding host. His hospitality was through the roof! I got to admit it was 10 times better than I initially expected it to be. He reached out to me a few days before check in and I really appreciated that. Everything was clean and comfortable and I felt right at home. I recommend this home to anyone..especially if you are a Carolina Panthers fan lol. He was very good company but gave privacy when needed.
