First time I've ever just Rented a room....Normally get the whole house etc......This is a great idea and worked perfect for when I didn't have my whole crew with me !!

Best deal around! Extremely flexible accommodations and has everything you need. Ashley and Donald were super communicative and easy to work with.

TLDR: No frills, great stay for the price, convenient location to Shaw, and very helpful hosts! Can't think of much better value at this price range! The highlights- I was able to book on short notice and Ashley & Donald were immediately helpful, even answering some questions I had before I made my reservation. The room and common areas are as described on the listing and it was great having access to laundry and a full kitchen. There can't possibly be a more convenient location to Shaw AFB. Some lowlights- The Wifi worked 95% of the time but I would lose internet about once every day or two for 5-20 minutes. I suspect that it is an issue with the local ISP, not anything within the home. Also, the walls are fairly thin so when other guests are present, you can clearly hear them (luckily everyone was very quiet and respectful during my stay). Overall I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay at this price point
