Donald promised he could extend me up to a year if I communicated my intentions. I communicated I wanted to stay about 2 months. After he agreed to the time frame and extended me a few times. He claimed he had technical issues and could not extend me again. I was paying weekly. He had plenty of notice that I would extend. He promised he would figure the technical issues out and extend my stay. The check out morning came, yet still he did not extend my stay. I kept up my end of the bargain communicating with him, yet he did not hold up his end. I was put in a situation where I had to leave on a moment's notice. He claimed none of it was his fault and took zero accountability. Donald is a poor communicator. The weeks that he did extend my stay, it took constant messaging and reminding him to do it. He would do it at the last moment. Donald procrastinated so many times and caused me a lot of stress. This is not the place you want to stay if you need good consistency from the host.

Greetings. My stay was exceptional. The house was clean, had a cozy atmosphere and as mentioned is literally a minute from Shaw AFB. If you're looking for peace and quiet this is the Airbnb for you. Thank you Don and Ashley. I'll definitely be returning.

Overall - good stay for the cost. Host is very tentative and very responsive. I’d recommend staying if you need a temporary place.
