This is an adorable bigger-than-tiny-house adjacent to Jameson's home. It has separate entrance and parking space, keypad entry, and a kitchenette with all you could need for cooking small meals at home. Comfortable bed with extra linens, plenty of clean and plush towels, good-sized shower. The location provides very easy access to Little Cottonwood Canyon and good access to Big Cottonwood. A mall with Starbucks is a three minute drive (but Jameson provides Nespresso pods so you can make coffee at home). Most of the popular restaurants are 10-15mins. This isn't a place where you entertain, but for two people, it's plenty of room with a small outdoor space and everything you could want for amenities. If your goal is to enjoy the skiing/boarding and other outdoor life, this is a great spot and highly recommended.

This tiny house is exactly as advertised. Beautifully furnished. Everything works well. 20 minutes to snowbird. 30 to Brighton and solitude. The bus picks up locally. Jameson is a great host.

We enjoyed our stay at Jameson’s place and it was the perfect location for our weekend getaway. Very clean and the Jameson was very responsive and helpful. Also, it is a great location for skiing as it is very close to the park and ride! We would most definitely stay here again if we return to Salt Lake City!

This place was amazing. Most comfortable bed. Everything was new and pristine. Communication was easy and proactive. One watch-out is that the bathroom is only separated from the bedroom by a curtain. As someone who enjoys bathroom privacy, that was a hard things to get over, but the other perks of this location far outweigh the curtain issue. Overall this experience was amazing and was so convenient and close to the skiing canyons. Would recommend.
