Kirsty is kind and was patient and welcoming with my party of 6 including four youths. Eggs and sausages provided by her from her farm are exceptional. The location of this property is bliss, great for peace but also excellent to get to so many places. What a super part of the world. What a trip we have had. We cannot thank you enough Kirsty.

We had a flying visit for the rugby in Edinburgh but I wish we’d had longer. Kirsty was a wonderful host and the coach house is a great find. The property is quirky and has a great balance of character and modern. It’s well furnished and decorated to a high standard. I have some mobility issues and it’s important to note that the property wouldn’t be suitable for people who struggle with stairs - they really are quite steep! Kirsty was incredibly welcoming and even offered to let our daughter visit the pigs (she’s pig mad!) on the farm, unfortunately we didn’t have time to do this but it was a lovely offer and made us feel very welcome.

We had a great time at kirstys place. Great communication.lovely quiet location and fairly close to nearest train station with easy access into the city. Very clean and as described. Kirsty welcomed us, was an excellent host and fantastic communication. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, in the Coach House which was spacious, comfortable with all mod cons. Felt like home from home. Great peaceful location with Edinburgh only a short drive away. We’ll definitely return. Kirsty and her family were very welcoming and friendly as were newly born wee lambs.

Enjoyed our stay at this property as a crash pad for our daily trips into Edinburgh. The property was tidy, clean and very warm. Kirsty was friendly, responded quickly and made sure we were cared for. If you need somewhere outside of Edinburgh to stay this is perfect.
