A beautiful setting with fantastic walks all around. Salen is a good mid point in Mull for visiting north and south. We were able to eat at the hotel very easily and the food and service was excellent. The wood burning stove and supply of logs was very welcome as the weather chilled. Our only issue was finding the hotel in the dark as our ferry was delayed and the car sat nav took us astray. Brendan kept in touch and Allison was able to welcome us despite us being over 2 hours late. Great hosts

The whole Glenforsa team were wonderful hosts. The lodge, neighbouring hotel and the grounds far exceeded our expectations. It met our needs perfectly. The food in the bar of the hotel was divine. The suggested circular walk along the beach and river was truly spectacular - thank you. As to our wider trip, we were spoilt by lovely weather maximising the wonderful nature surrounding us and we has loads of wildlife sightings. We’ll definitely be back!

Superb, spacious and well- equipped lodge. The washing machine and tumble dryer were very useful with the mixed weather! A beautiful location with a fabulous walk right on the doorstep taking in the beach, river and woods. Very dog friendly and great food at the nearby hotel. Brendan and Allison were very friendly and welcoming too. Thank you for an amazing stay.

A beautiful lodge, really well appointed. We were a family of four plus our black Labrabor and we all settled in well. We had everything we needed and had a fantastic week there. Thank you for having us.

Had a wonderful stay at Glen Forsa Lodge. The host and his team were wonderful for the entire stay. It was great having the hotel near the lodge for convenient evening meals! The surroundings are excellent, with a lovely walk down the beach to be had in the evenings. We will definitely stay again.
