We stayed 3 nights in the apartment. The breakfast items were provided, such a nice touch. Ed and Gretchen are kind, friendly and attentive hosts! There is a spacious screened-in porch with sitting area to drink a morning coffee, read a book and relax. We saw quite a bit of wildlife while there, fox, deer and turkeys were pretty common. Traffic can cause some delays getting in and out of Charleston but if you plan your travel outside of normal rush hours this apartment is quite convenient. The place is very close to Angel oak, tea plantation and winery. Secluded, private and peaceful place.
