Trevorrows loft is a bright and contemporary space hidden in the heart of the traditional old part of Newlyn, between Mousehole and Penzance. A moment's walk from the tolcarne gastro pub, the famous art gallery, and right on top of Newlyn green beach, leading to Penzance promenade. It's a traffic free location, although pre paid space in car park 50 yards away. The art is by local painter Ricky Chaplain, and the sun streams into the house in the mornings. The master bedroom is an en suite loft and has a beautifully open feel. Trevorrows loft is a real home from home. Nestled in the backstreets of Newlyn, our beautiful house is free from clutter, modern, clean and stylish. Located in a quiet area. A getaway from the hustle and bustle of normal life. We use top quality hotel linen and towels. Fully functional kitchen including coffee pod machine (with pods), nuitribullet, dishwasher etc Combi boiler and central heating giving instant endless hot water. stylish local art, mid-century furniture.

Having stayed in Newlyn several times towards the top of the hill, the location of this house is preferable because everything is more accessible on foot. It is an easy walk to the harbour, beach, cafe, pubs, supermarkets etc This meant I could leave the car in the car park using the permit which was provided. The house was well equipped and in a quiet location, albeit I could hear traffic (which I’m not used to) from the master bedroom at night. I would definitely book again if and when I return to Newlyn.
Very swift communicators when booking, only one very minor issue on arrival which was brilliantly dealt with. Location ideal, but I know the area well so was aware before booking. The car park permit very handy, place was clean, very comfortable and tidy, outside parts could do with a little attention, and some more cutlery & mugs would probably be welcome for more guests, but as a solo booker I was perfectly content. Happy to recommend!
Quiet place with easy parking. Reasonably priced. We are happy to come back when next time in Penzance.

In between Mousehole and Penzance, Newlyn is a unique and picturesque village, famed as much for its links to art as it's fishing industry.
This strange combination of flair and creativity within a hard working fishing port really brings two worlds together, and co-exist happily in the lively local pubs!
Also the fresh fish has attracted some real food enthusiasts, and there are a few REALLY good restaurants to choose from.
A short walk from Penzance, and only 7 miles from lands end. Along the seafront and promenade is the jubilee pool. It's a great base for all of West penwith's most amazing beaches. Newlyn has a great filmhouse showing Independent films as well as the new releases. Home to the famous Jelberts, serving only vanilla Icecream! There is a play park a short walk along newlyn green. Newlyn has a small co-op shop, a fruit and veg shop and a cheese shop. Also bakeries, a cafe and a fish and chip shop.
There is a bus stop in newlyn. You can walk to Penzance along the seafront and promenade.
