My husband and I stayed in Hyekyung’s beautifully renovated Hanok. It’s a beautiful, peaceful, clean and modern yet traditional home. We slept very peacefully there. There is a serene outdoor area where we spent some of our time. The Hanok is also very close to many attractions and delicious restaurants. We also had the pleasure of meeting Hyekyung, who is incredibly kind hearted. She even gave us a parting gift, which we very much appreciated. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit jeonju. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Hyekyung!!!

한옥 독채+침대 있는 숙소를 찾다가 발견했는데 너무 만족스러웠어요! 킹 사이즈와 싱글 사이즈 침대 있어서 성인2 아이1 가족 아주 편안하게 잤어요. 여자 사장님 아주 친절하시고, 추천해주신 식당이나 야시장도 다 좋았습니다. 한옥마을과 걸어서 4-5분 거리라 구경 다니기도 편했구요. 한옥마을 안에 위치한 숙소는 오히려 관광객들 때문에 번잡하고 시끄러울 것 같더라구요. TV도 꽤 크고 넷플릿스도 무료입니다! 다도공간이 이뻐서 사진 잘 나오구요. 마당에 있는 나무그늘 밑 평상에서 책도 읽고 아이와 제기차기도 하구요. 밤에는 자쿠지에 물 받아 피로를 풀 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 숙소가 새로 지었는지 리모델링을 한건지 모르겠지만 전체적으로 새것 같은 느낌이고 인테리어와 소품에 신경을 많이 쓰셨다는 걸 느낄 수 있었어요. 쿠션과 조명 등 작은 소품 하나 하나 집과 어우러지는 것으로 정성 들여 고르신 것 같아요. 체크인 시간 전에 짐 맡길 수 있고 체크아웃 후에도 짐 보관해주셔서 편하게 놀다 왔어요! 우리 가족만 오붓하게 한옥 독채에서 조용히 쉬다 가고 싶은 분들께 적극 추천드려요!!

This was my mom's favorite place among the many places we stayed in during our 2 weeks trip across Korea! It looked even better in real life and the place was much bigger than the picture suggests. Hyekyung was perfect and is everything you want in a host - even with the language barrier, she was very very friendly, helpful, and responsive, and made us feel very welcomed at her place. You will be hard pressed to find a better host than her. She even helped with calling us a cab to the train station when we had to leave, and gave us some delicious rice cakes and fruits before we left. I hope to be back and if you're ever in Jeonju, I highly recommend staying at her place!

It was a very lovely stay. Hanok traditional house with modern and convenient touch. The house is very clean and beautiful too. All the facilities and amenities are exactly the same as the description and it's really comfortable. The bidet, indoor jaccuzi, and the tea ceremony spot are my favourites. Very close to tourist attractions, easily located if you want to use public transportation too but still in a quiet and comfortable neighbourhood. The host really helpful, kind, and warm. Hyekyung-nim make us feel welcomed and really responsive to our question. Definitely will stay here again if we ever come to Jeonju, and trying the summer pool in the yard next time :)

The place was perfect and in a great location for everything in the Hanok village. Hyekyung was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything, provided recommendations and even booked us a taxi back to the train station. We had a great time and would definitely recommend!
