We stayed 2 nights here and it was a very good experience. Leroy was an exceptional host, very friendly and communicative. The place itself was great value for money, it was also clean and well kept. I would highly recommend Leroy and his place

the location is central to all shopping centres restaurants bus services walking distances to the the stadium very friendly hosts the wife even cook delicious dinner for us I and my group would certainly recommend them to all travellers looking for Accomodation in Brisbane m

Our stay at Leroy’s prompted my friends and I to recall stories of our worst ever accommodation experiences. While there were many stories of dodgy digs in developing countries, we all agreed this place was pretty dreadful. While we can overlook furniture picked up at the roadside it was the odour that did it for us. A pungent cross between mildew and stale urine. I’m a nurse of a few decades so no stranger to odd odours but this was quite sickening. That together with the upstairs hosts arriving home late and scratching around - humans and dog/s until approx 3am. This when there are very clear no noise rules for guests 🤔 The location is fabulous-and that’s the only upside’

Overall good stay for the night. We had 4 guest and all got their own room plus a spacious living/dining/kitchen and bathroom to share.
