Live easy in this self-contained apartment with a kitchenette with own entry, large fridge, TV, air conditioner, own bathroom and own living area and bed with access to a laundry if needed. We are 5 kms from the city, at the end of a quiet and green block, with playgrounds and bike track across the road to experience peace. 20 mins to the airport, and 15 min walk to the Brisbane Showgrounds. The bus to the city, Fortitude Valley or other parts of Brisbane is 100 metres at the top of the road. We have built a small accessory apartment on the ground floor of our house, separate from the rest of the house. The house is surrounded by park and open land. A couple live in the downstairs area of the house, beyond the walls of the unit, so you may hear them from time to time but you won’t run into them unless you walk out of your unit into the house, which you shouldn’t need to. Arrive when you need to. Your stay can be contactless. Self checkin is the norm.
