The ideal, ultra-modern, corporate staycation for business clients, groups (great for wedding parties) and families needing central accommodation at a very high standard, with plenty of room, multiple study and work spaces, state of the art facilities, all entirely self-contained with private lounge, breakfast bar, separate dining and fully decked-out kitchen. It is located on the ground floor with great views of the waterway, free, private off-street parking and the city and airport close-by. The general area is business orientated with commercial tenants either side. This is relevant as it is necessary to keep the noise down in business hours (between 9am and 5pm weekdays). The rest of the time the entirely place is completely abandoned and yours to make some noise and let your hair down ! The place has been decked out with literally the best of everything, including smart HD TV's in each room (75", 50" and 32"), a fantastic classic valve amp with bluetooth and high quality omnidirectional speakers. The beds and linen are of the highest standard. There is a master bedroom with Queen bed and plush linen. There is an open plan second bedroom area with four separate King Single beds which can be easily connected to make massive oversized King beds. There is an additional mattress provided in storage as well, and there are even two sofa beds in the Lounge room as well, each of which opens into a comfortable Double bed. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you could need including a huge fridge with filtered water and a full compliment of appliances. Please also enjoy the benefit of brand new front loading washing machine and separate dryer for the period of your stay !
Gregori was a great host, place was clean and exactly as described. Would absolutely recommend this stay to others looking for a place near the city.
Our group of 9 had a great time at Gregori’s place. It was clean, spacious and feels like home. We had a smooth check-in/check out too and he was responsive to our queries. The location of the apartment is also close to the CBD.
Fantastic location bordering the city. Plenty to do in the surrounding areas and Gregori was very accommodating!
The location is excellent with bus services 50 metres away, the train station only 300 metres away, the Brisbane Ferry service a short 5 minute drive, Brisbane city a 5 minute drive away (the benefits of being on the City Fringe !) and Brisbane Airport less than 12 minutes by car. There are fantastic restaurants and coffee shops just a short (10 minute) walk away and 24 hour McDonalds and a Petrol station across the road ! The location is superb and gives you an excellent launching point to both the Gold and Sunshine Coasts, with the highway only 10 minutes away by car.
As previously stated, there is plenty of local transport by bus and train and there is also private exclusive parking onsite and plenty of parking space on the street as well.
