A luxuriously appointed space for 5 - 7 people, free Wifi, 2 office desks & 2 smart TV's; everything for short or long stays, business travellers, couples & families! Self check-in and check-out process enables you to arrive and depart any time 24 hours a day. Brisbane Domestic and International Airports are only 10 minutes away. Brisbane City and CBD is a short 5 minute drive. Hop on a bus (50 metres away) or train (500 metre away) if you don't have a car. The best coffee/cafes in town and an exotic array of restaurants is all within walking distance, including the famous Eat Street Markets. The unit is beautifully appointed with personal accents and everything you could want for a comfortable and luxurious stay. All areas of the unit are private EXCEPT for the toilet which is shared with our office next door in business hours and is accessed through a secure locked private door. There is two way access to this toilet and powder room, however, as stated, our small office is only next door in business hours. Rest-assured, the entire rest of the place is all yours; you naturally have your own private shower, vanity and mirror in a shower-room inside the unit.
Mous’s place is a very cozy little place. She is very responsive if you need any assistance. Except for the little accident with the passcode, instructions for check in was very comprehensive and clear. The place was also well prepped with plenty of small treats available. Overall a very nice and reasonably priced stay!

Everything about Bowen Hills is interesting. A winding (Breakfast) Creek runs through the middle and the apartment backs directly onto this little waterway which comes straight from the Brisbane River. The area is a mix of light commercial, retail and residential property and is a constantly changing organism. You will find amazing coffee from popup shops in the commercial spaces and from modern new places only a few hundred metres away, beside a range of exotic restuarants (Asian, Indian, American, fusion). All public transport is on your doorstep. The space is commercial in nature so everything is very quiet. Being located at the back of the rear of the building adds to the uniqueness and privacy offered in this central location.
As mentioned earlier, transport is not an issue. Bowen Hills is central to everything. There is a bus stop less than 50 metres away. The train station is only a few hundred metres from the unit. An Uber will come directly to your door (as it is a ground floor apartment) and take you to a Ferry stop only 5 minutes drive away. The Gateway motorway and Southeast Freeway is only a 10 minute drive away with the Airport right beside it. This is your gateway to both the North (Sunshine Coast) and the South (Gold Coast). Everything that is beautiful about Brisbane can be accessed directly from the Ferry network as well, however if you have a car (or 'cars', as there are 3 car parks exclusive to our apartment) iconic Southbank is a quick 10 minute drive, the City and Fortitude Valley are just 5 minutes away and so is the famous Northshore EatStreets.
