Wow!! Fabrizio’s apartment was even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. It was the perfect setting for our first family trip to Tuscany. Fabrizio is the most helpful host, on hand for any questions or queries and very responsive. The apartment was meticulously clean and every detail was so carefully thought out. We instantly felt relaxed and at home as soon as we arrived. The location is right at the beach in Camaiore, which has a selection of lovely cafes and restaurants. There is a local train station with free parking which allowed for very easy travel to the various locations we visited during our stay. We highly recommend this apartment and are our kids are already asking us to book a return trip. Thank you Fabrizio! ☺️

I’ll start by saying the apartment itself is beautiful. Fabrizio was incredibly nice, responsive and gave us great local recommendations. The apartment is EXACTLY as advertised and the location is perfect for exploring local sites or for a day at the beach. The main bedroom bed was super comfortable. The reason for not giving the apartment 5 stars. There is no fitted sheets and it was a constant struggle to keep the bottom sheet tucked for all the beds. No extra blankets were provided, no dish soap, or paper products except for two rolls of TP, and only enough laundry soap/softener for one load (we stayed 7 nights). We had to buy all these items and of course left them so basically we stocked the apartment for the next occupants including paper towels.

Fabrizio is one of the nicest hosts we met 😊 The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern and very tastefully designed. The location was perfect- just near the beach (that you can see from the window) and very short drive from Lucca and Pisa. Had a great time, I would definitely recommend!!!

War eine sehr schöne Zeit in einer sehr schönen Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Perfekt mit Kindern, weil der Strand gerade über die Straße ist.
