Ottima posizione, spazioso, pulito, confortevole!

Nice place for a short vacation. Convenient location close to beach. If you would like to cook at home, bring your own kit of knives and pots/pans, the sparsely equipped kitchen is ok for cooking a pasta but that’s it. There is a lot of light in the apartment and a great sunset view where you can see a bit of the sea from the balcony. The apartment is quite noisy from the main road next to the building and there are no black out curtains. It’s a 1980ties building and the apartment haven’t been updated since. It would benefit for a deep clean and some updates and repairs. The apartment is small though it has one nice size master bedroom. An ok deal for the money:

Fausto is a very responsive and flexible host and the apartment location worked well. The heating also worked well. However for our week-long family stay, unfortunately the kitchen and bathrooms were sub-optimal (no kettle, no toaster, old units and utensils). Would be fine for students, or people using it only to sleep.
