Had a great time at Seaspray - location is perfect for walks along the coast path or if you want to just spend the day right on the beach. Great beach cafe within a couple of minutes walk . House was perfect for the 3 of us with views over the sea, we loved it

Sadly we were only able to stay for 24 hours due to family circumstances but we will be back as it is a wonderful place to stay. At least we managed to have a swim in the pool and walk on the beach and briefly enjoy the lovely accommodation with the beautiful view of the sea. Simon seems to have thought of everything to make the stay pleasant, including a bottle of wine. He was so helpful and understanding.

This was a last minute booking and Simon was very accommodating with regard to our requirements. The accommodation was spotless and there were plenty of instruction cards around the property to assist/guide you. Communication was excellent. Beautiful sea views and use of a balcony. 1 minute walk to the beach.

We had a lovely stay at Simon's place - this was our second visit and we were happy to see that it was as nice as we remembered. The apartment is in a wonderful location, with the sea directly in front and the nature reserve behind. The beach next door is beautiful and we really enjoyed our walks in the bracing wind! Great rockpools to explore at low tide. The apartment itself is super clean, very well equipped and comfortable. Our 5 year old enjoyed the books & toys that had been thoughtfully left in the twin bedroom. Wifi was very quick and Simon was a responsive host. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch also! All in all a very enjoyable stay and one we hope to repeat.
