The setting is SO peaceful and the house is very well-stocked! Good living/dining room set up for big groups. Things to know: -The master bedroom is secluded w/private bathroom. -The queen room w/American flag has french doors leading to the single bed room. Whoever stays in the single bed room either has to go through the queen room or go outside to access their room. -The upstairs suite & bunk room are also connected by a door so whoever stays in the suite has to go through the bunk room or go outside and up the outdoor stairs to access. -The upstairs bunk room and suite share a bathroom. -The tree house room bathroom is the same bathroom listed for the single bed room so they share as well. Tree house room was CUTE! -Minigolf/pickleball/tennis supplies (and more) were provided - big hit! Despite the room surprises (floorplan in listing might help) we really loved our stay. Gorgeous wooded setting with deer, lots of thoughtful touches, lots of outdoor space, nice owners!

We will definitely be going back. The perfect place to stay. Jimmy and Carolyn were so great and gracious. Everyone had a blast!

The house was wonderful. Jimmy & Carolyn, our hosts, were amazing! Our company came into Texas to restore power, and the guys absolutely love the quiet house after a long days work! And also loved seeing all the deer around the house!

Pictures on Airbnb don't do this beautiful place justice. It was absolutely perfect for our group of young adults/grandparents/kids. It was spotless and well appointed, but instantly comfortable. You feel right at home. The rooms are so well laid out it was like it was designed for our group. The seclusion and privacy is wonderful but Holly Lake amenities are just a short drive. We absolutely recommend and plan to stay here again.

We would give 6 stars if it were an option. The place exceeded my expectations and the host were there every step of the way to accommodate my family. The place is a Gem and exactly the peace my family was seeking! The house was gorgeous and we will stay there again!
