The location of Michael's place is quite convenient to Lake Erie. We were celebrating birthdays and retirements so didn't have an opportunity to take advantage of the restaurants in the area. Michael left recommendations that we certainly would have used. The house itself is nicely decorated, very clean and the kitchen is well-apportioned and easy to work in. One thing that many people might find advantageous is that Michael makes pop, water and Keurig coffee pods available. We're not pop drinkers and always travel with our own filtered water pitcher and brand of coffee that we prefer, but again, the convenience of that amenity would be quite appealing to some. The beds are comfortable and the sitting area is set up for easy conversation. All in all, Michael's place in Avon Lake is a five-star AirBnB!

The house was extremely clean and the location is amazing. Michael is a terrific communicator and we could tell he really cared about making sure everything was perfect. Very rarely can you say something completely exceeded expectations but this experience definitely did!

This home was one of the best airbnb's I've stayed at! The home was extremely clean, very well stocked in the kitchen with plenty of coffee, water bottles and canned soda in the fridge! The bathrooms were clean, very nice and not worn towels, all shower hygiene needs, and even single pack toothbrushes for anyone who may have forgotten theirs. The beds were comfortable -- one firm & one soft so be sure to pick which bedroom fits your preference -- and the master very large and was perfect for my daughter to sleep with her children and a portable crib with room to spare! You can walk to Lake Erie and a park for the kids to play -- our weather was cold & rainy, but we will come back for again and hope for better weather to enjoy this. The living room had plenty of sitting space in very clean, comfortable furniture. It was just a pleasure to be there and it really felt like home! Very close to nearby 4/5-star restaurants. Michael was a more than responsive host and very friendly!
