Good place for family

We had a comfortable stay and the villa is ample with good sized rooms. However, we had booked mainly for the view as on the photos, be aware that the view is not as in the pictures as overgrown vegetation has obscured it. The place needs lots of small repairs. The bedlinen does not fit the main bedroom bed, and was not fitted so ut was annoying as it would come off the mattress all the time

Die Lage des Hauses mit Infinity Meerblick aus dem Pool ist sensationell. Das Haus hingegen ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen & sollte dringend renoviert werden. Ich zähle hier nicht alles auf sondern nur Auszugsweise: - Dreckige Wände - Fleckige Rollos - Haushaltsgeräte die Teildefekt sind (Geschirrspüler klappe kaputt, Waschmaschine öffnet nur nach jedem 2. Wäschegang) - Armaturen teilweise kaputt - Kein Licht im Wohnzimmer (3Lampen defekt) - Abfluss verstopft - Sonnenschirm Teildefekt Die Ausstattung war auch nicht wie angegeben. 1 Stunde nach unserer Ankunft waren unsere Lebensmittel mit Armeisen übersät & mussten teilweise entsorgt werden. Die Küche hat ein massives Armeisenproblem was anscheinend bekannt ist aber keine Beachtung erhält. Ein Kochen somit unmöglich. Der Besitzer hat nach einer Eskalation zwar 2 Handwerker vorbeigeschickt die sich um ein paar Probleme gekümmert haben. Wir können nur von diesem Haus abraten. Preis/Leistung passt für Zypern nicht...

Spacious house at an excellent location with a great view. However, 1) The place needs maintenance. 2) There were limited number of soaps for cleaning hands/ shower. Also there was no liquid & sponge for cleaning the plates. 3) The pool needed cleaning.
