A really great holiday home! We stayed here for over a week. Absolutely enjoyed our stay here in Tivoli. The apartment is in the Old Town and very near to shops, cafes, attractions and the train station isn't far away. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a very peaceful air about it. Lovely bed with beautiful attention to detail on the linen and pillows. Giusey made us a cake! and had fresh flowers on the table - so lovely! I'd recommend this apartment for a true AIR B&B experience and a truly authentic Tivoli stay. Tivoli doesn't get much of a mention in the guide books but there is lots to discover in this pretty town. Stay longer than one day!

Giusy is a super host in every sense of the word. She is thoughtful, friendly and helpful. She was very quick to respond whenever I reached out to her. She is an interior designer and it shows in all the fascinating pieces of art and literature in the beautiful apartment. Her place has all the amenities for a short or longer stay and is in an excellent location walking distance to the train and located in the old town center. Tivoli is a quaint town with a very relaxed vibe and is perfect for those wanting to experience a small Italian town without the traffic and the hassles of a bustling big city. Highly recommend Giusy’s place and Tivoli! Giusy thank you for making my time in Tivoli so special!

Giusy is incredibly warm and responsive as a host, and you can feel her warmth in the care she puts into the place. The place is extremely clean while being cozy enough to live in. She provides cake and wonderful sweets, and this is all around a sweet place to be in the kind town of Tivoli. Tivoli is worth visiting - a sweet town away from the chaos of Rome, tons of INCREDIBLE restaurants and shopping within steps of your door. The perfect way to experience the generosity and local life of Italy. We dream of returning and would not consider staying anywhere else other than this home. Thank you Giusy for a stay of a lifetime!

What a touch Guisy has for decorating. It was a beautiful home in the heart of Tivoli. She has and antique, eclectic vibe to her home with beautiful touches like crystal Chandeliers and pieces from her grandmother. You felt warm and embraced like you were staying with a favorite Aunt. Guisy surprised us with fresh flowers, a homemade lemon cake and assorted fresh fruits. She provides you with a manual by pdf that will answer all your questions, but she is just next door with her adorable baby if you have any questions. She has a cute rooftop patio to enjoy some time outside. You walk out the door and down a cobblestone street and emerge in the heart of everything. Easily walking to the gardens of Villa d’Este or Garibaldi square or the Main Street with all the great cafes. All her amenities are top notch and well thought out. She has a blow dryer, cushy towels, great shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a magnifying mirror. The kitchen is super well equipped as well.
