Welcome to your private mountain top, wine country, garden escape. Think Joni Mitchell meets Stevie Nicks — witchy and sweet. Take one step onto this property and you’ll know what we mean. Built in the 1950s by two true Northern California spirits with their own two hands and a whole lot of love, this hillside haven has serenity, creativity, and good feels baked into her bones. The Warrington House is the perfect place to reset, reconnect, or recharge with the people you love. It's an amazing summertime spot, but serves as a cozy cabin destination in the winter. BEDS The home sleeps 6 people, with 3 bedrooms in total. The primary bedroom and basement bedroom feature Cozy Earth bedding (the best!) THE SETTING We’re located in Santa Rosa, California on 8 acres of private land offering a panoramic view of rolling hills and fog-capped mountains in the distance. It’s a stone's throw away from neighboring wineries and a short drive from Sonoma, Sebastopol, Bodega Bay, Healdsburg, Russian River, and other too-cute-for-their-own-good Northern California towns. ***Please note: we do have AC and heat but it's not centralized. What a beautiful, peaceful space. We loved the location, setting, furnishings. Overall, we had such a relaxing week.
We so enjoyed our visit to Sonoma while staying at this beautiful property. The house was very eclectic and cozy. The grounds were picturesque! Strongly recommended.
Alexa was a very gracious, friendly, and flexible host. Got a very useful text of all the details to get in and settled so I didn't have to look through the AirBnB app. It's little things like that, plus the wine and fresh flowers that greeted us that we really appreciated. Loved the vibe and decor of the place. Spacious, room for all 4 of us plus the doggies. Beautiful, private and serene outdoors. Place is super private and quiet, highly recommended for those who want to be tucked away into the mountain, and right next to a waterfall! The only thing to note if you're bringing your dog with you, is to be careful of an abundance of ticks outdoors. My aussie went out sniffing in the yard and came back indoors with a whole extended family of ticks trying to move in with him. I ended up spending a while picking them out.. straight into a boiling hot cup of water.
Perfect place for a group weekend getaway. My dog also enjoyed the sprawling areas around the house. This is the second time my friends and I have stayed here. The house is so charming and all dolled up for Christmas. Alexa was very responsive and helpful with the instructions. Will stay here again in the near future!
