The landlord was very kind and patiently helped me solve the problem. The room was also big, clean and tidy. The bed is also very soft and the position is very good. The landlord is very warm, very good!

Kevin, the host, is great and easily reached for communication. The unit/apartment itself is conveniently located. Unit is spacious and wifi is reliable.

We stayed for a week and it gets boring after awhile since there’s not much to see. We had to close the curtains all the time since you can see the neighbors across the tower. There are tiny bugs/pests in the kitchen, maybe because the building is old already. If you need a place near Mckinley (the offices) or the Venice Piazza then this is the place to be. The unit is near the Chinese International School and behind it is the Venice Grand Canal mall. We had to take Grab everytime we go to Makati or BGC because there’s no direct transport, and if there is you need to walk 30 mins to get to the jeepney terminal going to Market! Market! TV is huge and wifi is fast. AC is cold and functioning well. My husband thought the bed is uncomfortable, he had a backache. Parking slot is literally beside a pole which made it difficult to park the car but the good thing, it’s near the elevator and cheaper (150/night) compared to the mall parking. Kevin and his staff Anne were very accommodating and quick to respond. They’re very helpful!

The place is simple and spacious. We also love the aircon. However, the internet connection is poor and the bathroom has no bidet.

We stayed here for 2 days. The place was nice, there's an access to the Venice Grand Canal Mall. Too bad we booked on the days that the pool was closed (due to ashfall).
