1. The location of the house is fantastic, backyard could overlooking the ocean. 2. Room is meh.. Pictures are so misleading and confusing, the room i ordered has many pictures, one of them are oceanview view, although what I actually got was an old, dusty and dark, dungeon like room, no light all day, even in a sunny morning.. Kinda disappointing. Owner said he's gonna "upgrade " our room to the oceanview one, despite the fact that in room description, some of the pictures are actually oceanview. But we didn't get the oceanview room anyway. 3. Be aware, there's 8 room in the whole house, and only one full bathroom, no soundproof at all, you can literally hear people next to your room's every single movement. I'm a shy person not super comfortable with people is aware of what exactly I'm doing every single moment, so.. 4. Again as a shy and super afraid of confrontation person, the owner's communication style is totally stress me out and freak me out 😂 when there's a problem, you better be prepared. I addressed my disappointment regarding so called "upgrade", He would be like "it's all my fault, there's nothing wrong with the owner" attitude, despite the fact i was using super polite and calm language and communication style the whole time. Anyway, whoever is reading this comment, the house itself's location is fantastic, if you enjoy meeting new friends, this is a nice place, although if you are people like me, i don't recommend.

Great place to enjoy NorthVan. Amazing location. The view from the house is just mesmerizing. Nice menu for breakfast. Reza and his family is amazing. Guest's here are very respectful and polite. I always enjoyed the view. Cleaning team does a great job keeping the place clean. Wonderful neighborhood. I will be back shorty for another month stay. Loved it. I highly recommend to stay here
