There are some stairs you need to climb to get to the suite. It is perfect for a short stay. Please do not smoke in the suite at any time. Uber and bus are available for transportation. 10 minutes famous shopping mall, Park Royal

great short stay
I was grateful to find this listing after my plans changed unexpectedly. The price was right and it was all that I needed. I had a solid restful sleep and the bed was comfortable.
Nicole's place is conveniently located near the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal which worked well for us. It's a converted garage with a comfortable bed and a small kitchen with appliances and some plates & dish settings. The bathroom was small and clean. She was very welcoming and responsive with information through texts. It was adequate, not awesome... but the price is exceptional for North Van and the photos are true.
It was decent, but not the cleanest airbnb I have been to. Beautiful surrounding and very nice neighborhood. The washroom was way too small, if I was a bit larger, I would have had problem fitting in!
