Where do we even begin… what an amazing place to stay. First of all Sharon and Dave are the most lovely couple, so welcoming and kind, couldn’t have been more helpful with sharing directions, recommendations of places to eat and walk, absolutely fantastic hosts! We were greeted on arrival with a delightful warm homemade scone with jam and cream, and the welcome package with all necessities was a lovely touch! The cabin itself was spotless, very cosy and had everything you needed! The bed was the comfiest we have ever stayed in! The cabin was dog friendly with lovely touches such as water bowls and somewhere you can attach a lead if your dog is prone to disappearing! It has direct access to a field where you can exercise your dog and go for some lovely walks. The views from the cabin were amazing, so peaceful and beautiful to wake up to. The hot tub was all set up and absolutely spotless. Cannot thank Sharon and Dave enough, we had a lovely first wedding anniversary!

Sharon and David made our anniversary stay so special! They are absolutely lovely and friendly people and nothing was too much to ask. Sharon even managed to decorate the cabin to surprise my other half! Cabin looks even more beautiful in person and hot tub was amazing! Everything that you could think of will be found inside the cabin. Will be definitely back!

We’ve had the most amazing stay at the beautiful and peaceful cabin. Sharon and David have been amazing hosts, they are so lovely and caring for every need. The scenery is stunning and it’s been so peaceful. The cabin is cozy and with a very comfy bed. Spent time in the hot tub after a long day walking.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time there , Sharon and David were lovely people, nothing was too much for them, they were there to help if needed anything,a real log cabin was what we were looking for and it was beyond our expectations, the scenery and all surroundings were beautiful, we would recommend a stay there to anyone in need of a relaxing break in pure peace and tranquility.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful log cabin ! The setting and surrounding countryside was absolutely breathtaking. We were greeted so warmly by David , who explained how the hot tub worked, gave us info about local pubs , and walks for our dog. Inside the cabin it was cosy & warm and everything had been thought of , with a welcome pack that was brilliant , as we d forgotten tea bags! We had the BEST sleep in a luxurious mattress , with top notch quality bedding (so much so we took a pic of the make of mattress !) The bathroom was modern and had a fantastic power shower , and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you d need , and some you d just want ! (coffee machine) We had lovely walks around the area , said hi to all the sheep with their lambs ( from a safe distance) We watched the sun set from the picnic bench , enjoyed the hot tub (wow!) and thoroughly switched off. Thanks so very much to David and Sharon , we re planning our next visit already .
