主人能积极帮忙。交通便利。一间房间四个人住有些拥挤。高低床只提供了薄毯，冬天睡觉有些冷。

Very Responsive Host. I enjoyed my stay for 1 month. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was always nice and hot. The local restaurants, salons, grocery stores, laundry mat made the stay comfortable as well. Anything you can think of is in walking distance. Heavy Spanish/English community so it's a lot of Spanish food in the area..I got a $5 box alot from Goodys. Her dog jumps but he don't bite he very friendly and I had no issues with him, alot of times you never really see or hear him. He's cute! There was plenty of closet space to hang my items. I didn't have any disturbances when I was resting. WiFi was great! I came into town almost midnight and she waited on me, I didn't have to worry about losing money once I booked. Free of bugs no issues of any kind like that.The neighbor hood was pretty much ok I had come in the door many day at 1am from working, but as with anything you have to be alert, but I was ok. It's Ny , it's gonna have interesting ppl occasionally..lol!
