非常愉快的一次入住体验，房东非常热情好客。房子离海边非常近，离情人角公园等景点大约十来分钟车程，如果驾驶一号公路的话非常值得推荐入住。房子周边非常安全，环境优美，很安静，有私人停车库可以停车。房间内装修风格很清新，三面很大的窗户让房间看起来很明亮，设施有热水壶、微波炉和冰箱等，提供餐具。我们这次在这里做了一顿中餐，喝了从纳帕买来的红酒，留下了很美好的一刻，谢谢房东为我们准备的一切！

Great parking. Quiet and easy location to enjoy the coast

Really enjoyed our stay at Holm’s place! Airbnb was quite clean, but we found a stain on the bedsheet, which I’m assuming couldn’t be washed off. Otherwise, the location was really convenient; it was within driving distance from Monterey and Carmel. The space was also considerably large and for a great price, would come here again!

Place was nice. Larger than expected from the photos and more natural light. The property has multiple units on it and there was a lot of people coming and going. Neighbors dogs obnoxiously barked all night long (almost never stopping) and one night a neighbor had a very bright flood light shining right into the window that didn’t have solid curtains. Overall not bad for the price, but note they are very strict about charging an extra $40 PER NIGHT to use the second bed listed even if not a 3rd person, claimed the extra laundry was the reason for the charge (an extra $250 for our stay seemed a bit much for this, we could have bought sheets for way less if needed!).
