We had a lovely stay here over Christmas and enjoyed the spacious and well decorated and maintained apartment. We had everything we needed during our stay and felt that the Christmas tree was a thoughtful touch too. All the instructions provided by the hosts were spot on and they were very responsive to any questions we had. Our only niggle was the noise from the road during the night when cars were passing, however it wasn’t constant as it’s a quiet area.

Second time we have atayed here. Lovely, huge appartment, very clean with everthing you could need. Great communication from the hosts.

We had a lovely stay at the flat, it was so incredibly spacious and bright, but we did have a slight issue with the housekeeping, just a few things that we picked up on that might of been missed but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. Apart from that the hosts were very attentive and the location itself is great, no need to worry about parking as the beach and shops are a walk away.

We had a lovely time! The apartment is so spacious and the location was great. Literally a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to all the local town amenities..perfect when doing multiple trips back to the apartment during the day with kids.

Erica and Martin’s place is lovely! The apartment is really large, with great modern amenities, comfy beds and very clean. The location is good too - only 5 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins to Margate town! Thanks for letting us stay!
