A lovely quiet beach on the doorstep, bigger beaches just minutes away, it was exactly what we were hoping for. Simone's instructions were clear and helpful before we arrived and she was quick and friendly when we communicated with her whilst we were there. We'll definitely be coming back.

To wake up and see the sea from the bedroom and lounge was what we wanted . The beach is beautiful, literally just a minutes walk from the apartment. an Ideal place to relax and unwind and enjoy the beach. Things to do elswhere are just a short drive away. Simone is very helpful and you get the impression she will do what she can to make your stay work for you.

We loved our stay here (in Beach View). I brought my mother for a mini break while I attended to work in Broadstairs. I had made plans for activities and days out, but we felt so comfortable and at peace in this apartment. The weather was variable, Autumn November chilly and one day was pouring with heavy rain non stop which means we couldn't go walking but we were glad to stay in the apartment and relax. Simone's communication is excellent ditto her daughter's who also helped us with a couple of queries we had. Both bedrooms are beautiful, and the lounge is is cosy. The kitchen is excellent. And of course you have the views of Botany Bay. You do need a car to get around, but that didn't bother me. Would love to return in another season.

We really enjoyed our stay. Simone was really helpful and on top of the great communication in advance popped in to say hello and check everything was ok after we'd arrived. The flat itself is comfortable and had everything a family of four needed (including a massive TV which was a hit with the kids!) for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The accommodation is a little bit out of town, which we didn't mind, although it meant we had to be a little bit moire organised with provisions. If all else failed, the pub was just next door. It was very handy ot have private parking on site, and the beach(es) were easily accessible (as were Margate and Broadstairs).
