Holly Tree Cottage was great. Perfect retreat for me, my wife and my Mum after Dad's recent death. Quiet and private yet very easy walking access to Old Town, beach, restaurants, and Turner Contemporary. Dedicated parking. We had a great time, loved Margate, and will definitely be back to stay at Rachel's space.

A beautiful cottage in a perfect location as it is minutes from the beach but also very quaint. The house is furnished to an amazing standard and very comfortable. Only thing to note which we didn’t realise is that there is no secure garden for dogs, not much of an issue as there are so many great walking routes. Was just slightly difficult as we have a puppy. We will definitely be booking again in the future! Raychel was an excellent host and very easily contactable. Thank you Raychel :)

Raychel was the perfect host and her cottage is beautiful. Perfectly located for our weekend in Margate, literally on the doorstep of lots of great vintage shops, friendly and welcoming bars and restaurants, and a 5 to 10 min walk to the sea whilst also being in a peaceful little close. Raychel was really friendly and responsive, gave very helpful information which meant we knew exactly how to find the cottage, where to park, and how to get in. The pretty garden is a lovely space to sit outside with a cup of tea or glass of wine. The beds are super comfortable, furniture and finishing touches are all of good quality and very tasteful, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Definitely recommend, and we will be hoping to go back soon.

Rachel’s place is great. We came to margate for one night to go to Dreamland with the children. The cottage is so sweet really beautifully decorated, clean and felt at home right away. Thanks Raychel!!

Holly Tree Cottage was exactly as it appeared in the photos: spotlessly clean and very cosy. Raychel’s guidance was helpful and we felt very welcome. The location was fantastic - walkable to the Old Town of Margate and also to all of the other amenities.
