Whilst being perfect for anyone wishing to be in the centre of it all, it's also a very peaceful place where watching the world go by comes at a must. With scenic views of the park, Margate's main sands & the north shore coastline, the main living area also boasts a 360⁰ sea/horizon mural wallpaper to accentuate the feeling of timeless relaxation & spa retreat vibes. The apt's many features include thick pile carpets, bluetooth audio bathroom mirror, smart 4k 50 inch TV, filtered drinking water, Egyptian cotton bath robes, wireless charging, etc, all designed to make one feel at home. The apt even has infrared ceiling heater panels for room heating & studies show that exposure to infrared stimulate the mitochondria in our skin cells which helps to (a) lower glucose levels in the blood (b) boost metabolism & (c) fight desease. Based right in the heart of Sunny-Margate, we're so proud to be able to offer our guests with a holiday vibe environment to unwind in warm & loving comfort. Stepping into the Aqua therapy suite, we were immediately enveloped in an oasis of tranquility and luxury. The apartment came equipped with all the modern amenities one could desire, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. The jacuzzi simply stood out!! It was a centerpiece of relaxation – an exquisite addition that really elevated our experience. But what truly set this place apart was for us was the stunning view of the beach. The sunset was absolutely gorgeous, with sunlight coming straight into the living room. Robert's dedication to our comfort was evident, as he was always available to assist us with any requests, making our stay effortless and memorable. He really went the extra mile when we needed assistance. He also has a great vibe and is extremely polite and respectful. In summary, our time in the Aqua therapy room was an unforgettable experience. It's the ideal sanctuary for anyone seeking to indulge in the beauty of nature while enjoying comforts of a retreat.
We had a great stay in the aqua therapy unit - it was extremely clean and the decor/finishes are beautiful. The instructions for the tub and tv were easy to follow and both worked without any trouble. The apartment is centrally located in Margrave with an amazing view of the beach area. Great spot and we highly recommend!
Robert made our stay perfect from his gorgeous, tasteful interior design, comfortable furniture and luxury features such as the AMAZING massage chair and jacuzzi - to his friendliness, helpfulness and his nothing is too much trouble attitude. He even makes himself available 24 hours a day if needed! This was a surprise for my loved one’s birthday and he was blown away by the apartment with its luxury features and view. It seems Robert can do anything to make guests welcome, even down to ordering us the most beautiful sunset to watch from the balcony! haha. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Margate.
What can I say! Robert was the best host ever, kind and always smiling. Super helpful 24/7 as per his offer but we didn’t have any issues. The place was easy to find, less than 10 minutes walking from the station. Beautiful views of the beach and sunset 😍. The flat was immaculate and exactly like the pictures. Jacuzzi to die for and very very spacious. My boyfriend fell in love with the bed, it was super comfortable. We regretted not booking more days and will definitely be back! Thank you so much Robert 💜
what a beautiful establishment Robert has! and an amazing host, I was actually locked out off my property and Robert met me at 3am to help me check in and also went to his home to get me a phone charger, real gentleman. I'm a local margate man and he has the best location if your looking to visit margate, with a stunning view! and the massage chair I fell in love with, then top it off with a jacuzzi. thank you Robert.

We're so lucky in Margate to have an all new wakeboard park called Whitemills Wake on our doorstep. Thanks to our microclimate, we also have some of the best conditions nationally for kitesurfing and SUPing.
It seems like every month there's new developments in the area so there's always something to do in Thanet and it's a great place to lead a healthy lifestyle, whether that be running, cycling, yoga, going out for a walk or having a Sauna on Margate beach!

Margate is a happy place, fit for people who are chasing their dreams &/or looking for a picturesque place to visit & unwind. The plethora of people to whom have decided to live in Margate permanently are a testament to that philosophy.

I am a former juice bar owner who's reopening a new premises soon because I still geek-out about nutrition. I'm proud to be a host cause I want my guests to enjoy the best that Margate has to offer. I'm a mix of Greek/Italian/Finnish/English with French/Californian influence.
