Ritchie was super helpful and very responsive when we had a slight issue with the hot water heater! The cabin was so cute and exactly as described. He provided lots of information on what to bring as well as a nice book of visitor info once we got there too! It was perfect for our last minute getaway
Super clean, 10 minutes from Mackinaw city. Our lock broke and Ritchie was there in 30 minutes like he said he would be and got us back into the cabin no problem. Very helpful

An amazing spot, so peaceful, quiet, cozy. Had everything we wanted, the porch was incredible, spent almost the whole weekend there!
We loved our quaint little cabin for our weekend up north. The beautiful and quiet lake did not disappoint our expectations. Highly recommend Clyde’s Place- very good food, cheap drinks and friendly people. Harbor Lights Cafe was also good, both a very short walk from the cabins. One of our favorite things was renting the kayaks to go out on the lake with our pups. Mackinaw City is less than a 15 minute drive down the road too.

Born and raised in Northern Michigan, I’ve worked with the special needs community for 31 years. By recently purchasing a little 7 cabin lakefront resort, I was able to transition my career to incorporate my love for camping, outdoor activity, and local history in a way I can share with others. I offer vacation rentals of vintage rustic lakeside cabins that were established in 1929. I welcome guests who love the camping experience while venturing to the Mackinac area historic sites, adventurers who come to enjoy outdoor activities, or those who are simply here to relax and enjoy the area’s natural beauty.
