The cabin is the perfect getaway. Great location and right on a beautiful lake. Very peaceful and relaxing and would definitely recommend everyone to try this experience.

The Weekend at Bernie's cabin was so peaceful. During the day we visited Mackinaw City or took the ferry to Mackinac Island. In the evening watched the sun set every night at the lake and had a bonfire. The location is only 10 minutes from Mackinaw City, but when your at the cabin it feels like you are miles away in the country. I definitely would recommend this cabin to anyone who needs to get some well deserved R&R. We plan on visiting again.

The only Airbnb that made us say “we’ll be back”! It’s just as described, and even better in person. The cabin is in the perfect location. Whether you’re going to Mackinac Island, heading further north to the UP,stopping by Traverse City, or just hanging out at the lake, this place is the perfect place to be. It has all the right amenities, and is super clean!
